The cloisters are a 10 minute walk, we've spent a lot of time in the gardens there. Down 181st st is a beautiful view of the GW Bridge during sunset, and a trail from there leads to parks made for picnics and barbeques as well as a bike trail that spans the entire west side of the city. An additional two parks nearby on 175th St and on 183rd, both off Ft Washington. Gym is two blocks away on 179th St.

This is a lease takeover listed by the tenant. There is no fee. The lease ends last day of March 2021. You're free to renew the lease if you choose of course. Landlord states no pets allowed.
