One bedroom is available for rent in a three bedroom apartment on the UWS. You would join the lease effective November 1, but offering flexible move-in during October. Located in a prime spot next to the 1/2/3 on 72nd street, just blocks from Central Park - and Trader Joe's!!

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a small walk up building with just six units. It's quiet, well-maintained, and pre-pandemic, had a lovely yoga studio, tea shop, and spa on the second floor. The unit itself contains a small living room with cable TV, a recently renovated kitchen with dishwasher, and full sized fridge. The open bedroom comfortably fits a queen sized bed, along with a dresser and chair. It also has a full size closet with sizable overhead storage. My favorite detail: built in bookshelves!

You will be joining two roommates who are females in their late 20's/early 30s working in marketing and education. The apartment has been truly great for work from home and we're no strangers to catching up over wine, takeout, etc! I have lived in the apartment for 5 years and am leaving with the opportunity of remote work. I love this spot and it feels bittersweet to leave.

Price of available bedroom is $1300/mo. + utilities that usually run around $65-75/mo. You will be signing a lease that runs through July 2021. Security is one month of rent and last month of rent. If end of lease date is a problem, feel free to message me - the landlord is very amenable and flexible (unheard of in NYC!).

To keep things extra safe, we have been doing FaceTime chats and quick tours inside, then sitting up on our rooftop to chat.
