I’m looking to sublet my beautiful, large 2 BR apartment starting November (with some flexibility) for any period of 4-8 months.
This entire apartment (approx 1200 sq/ft) overlooks Inwood Hill park and the Muscota marsh. It is pet and smoke free and will be rented fully furnished. Ideal for someone looking for space and easy access to amazing park Inwood Hill Park (it’s across the street)

The building has a live-in super, a porter and laundry room.
The large master bedroom offers beautiful views and comes furnished with a queen size bed, desk and bookcases.
The second bedroom is also very large, faces the marsh and has a queen size bed (could easily accommodate 2 full size beds)

I live with my 9 year old boy so it’s not a ‘fragile’ place by any means, but I will be leaving some personal belongings (aside of my furniture), such as books and artwork, meaning I’m looking for a caring and responsible tenant (s) that will treat the apartment with care and consideration- hence the very fair price for this apartment.
