The apartment is a sun-drenched corner unit on the 29th floor (out of 31 stories) with a jumbo balcony overlooking both East River and Park Ave (you can expect gorgeous sunrises AND sunsets) and easy access to the rooftop pool. This is an extremely large (1000+ sq ft) and open layout with sweeping views, a modern kitchen, lots of storage space (including a walk-in closet) and quiet neighbors. It is currently configured as a one-bedroom but can be changed to a two-bedroom unit easily, as other tenants in similar units have done.

Adams Tower captivates with its panoramic views of NYC and luxurious on-site amenities such as a 24-hour doorman, laundry room, a landscaped garden area, and on-site parking. During summer months (May-September) you can relax on the gorgeous and well-appointed rooftop deck or take a dip in the crystal clear rooftop pool. It is one of the only buildings in Manhattan with a large open-rooftop pool and we have really enjoyed morning swims on hot summer days and working from home poolside.

The Upper East Side is bustling with activity, outdoor dining, and quaint cafes. Within a short distance from Adams Tower, residents can find Carl Schurz Park on East End Avenue. Easy access to public transportation, including the new Second Avenue Subway, 4/5/6 trains, several bus stops, and Citi Bike stations. It is ideal for young professionals, couples, small families, or dog lovers.

Unfortunately, we have to go to Europe and really do not want to let this gem go, but this gives someone else the opportunity to live in one of the best units on the UES. We are open to being flexible with respect to lease assignment vs new lease, furniture (if desired), and timing.
