Huge bedroom (cal-king could fit) with private balcony and 1 closet on the top floor. Large dresser, clothing rack and shoe rack in the room. I could leave the bed if needed for $150. There are two female roommates, Filipino girl and Japanese girl. Filipino girl is a nanny so she hasn't been home in 3 months as she is upstate. Japanese works in finance and works from home in her room. It honestly always feels like no one is home. You'd be sharing the bathroom with the Japanese girl. Both roommates are super laid back, clean and reliable. The neighborhood is great, quick walk to 69th street station (7) or 61st street station (7). All utilities included. Room will be fully cleaned. I took these photos at night so it doesn't do the room justice, it's bright with the blinds open. You'll love it here!
