Amenities in building include rooftop terrace, doorman, lobby, elevator, and Gym in building opening up 8/24. I love this apartment but unfortunately have to leave. It is less than a block from the Queensboro Plaza Station with the 7, N, E trains going into the city. Also at the entrance of the Queensboro bridge, where it has been wonderful to do walks/runs/bikes into the city. 15 minute walk to the waterfront along a tree-lined bike path which has also been splendid to use every day. Food Cellar and Key foods are local grocers and Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are steps away.
