Income qualifications: Required yearly income of combined applicants must equal or exceed 40x the monthly rent.
Guarantors accepted: Required yearly income of combined guarantors must equal or exceed 70x the monthly rent, if guarantors are used.

Rent-stabilized Lease! Current rent is $2086.21/month. Landlord has agreed to start a new 12-month rent-stabilized lease for new tenants at the same monthly rate. Additionally, move-in date is flexible!
