We are moving to California and looking for someone to take over our lease until the end of April 2021. The apartment is a spacious 1BR/1BA with a Washer/Dryer in unit. The building is in heart of the Lower East Side where the vibrant neighborhoods of the East Village, NoLita and SoHo all meet. The apartment building is above a Whole Foods, and the F train. B/D/M/J/Z/6 lines are all within .25 miles. The building has a rooftop, gym, playroom, and billiards.

We can rent the apartment furnished (bed, dresser, nightstands, entertainment center, bookshelves, desk, bar chairs for kitchen) or unfurnished.

Incentives

Lease is $5,075/mo but we would cover $2,125 as a monthly payment or could pay the difference on the lease upfront depending on signing date.

Additional fee

They will need to submit an application and provide the Leasing Team the appropriate supporting documentation. We will then be able to provide the parties with the appropriate paperwork (letter of Employment and copy of 2 most recent pay stubs) that needs to be complete for the Lease Assignment and Assumption process once applications are approved.
