Beautiful junior 1-bedroom with huge windows & a great view, luxury building with amenities including a very large garden/lower deck. Very flexible move-in, sublease goes until 1/31/21 and then you should easily be able to renew for a year-lease if you want. You could also sign up-front for a year-long lease.

Very short walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Target, Fort Greene Park, and tons of restaurants. 20-minute walk to Prospect Park or Brooklyn Bridge Park.

The only thing we don't love about this place is that it's not a formal 1-bedroom with a door, otherwise the building is great. They fix any issues right away, within 24 hours, and they're doing what they can to keep people sane right now like having barbers come in for outside haircuts in the garden and outdoor barre classes. Amenities are closed right now but I'm told they will be opened in a limited capacity soon. Amenities include a gym, rooftop with amazing views, lounge area with plenty of seating, game room, laundry room, package room, and garden (the last three have remained open).

I'd be happy to answer any questions about the space and send photos for how we've made use of it. We've managed to fit a queen-sized bed, 6ft couch, desk, small dining table, and reading chair.

The views are amazing! Statue of Liberty and Verrazano Bridge are perfectly in sight and it's fun to watch the storms roll in from Jersey. We also had great views of fireworks on the 4th of July. You never hear the neighbors and hardly hear street noise.

We're open to throwing in free furniture including the dresser that fits *perfectly* in the space. Also the dining table, wall fixtures in the entryway and bathroom, and potentially other items for a reduced price.

Other info

There's a dedicated separate space for the bed, it's 90% private but there's no actual door separating the space. We have a curtain up and it definitely makes it feel like a separate space.
