The apartment is on the 11th floor and has a fantastic view of midtown to the Hudson River. The ~1100 sq ft apartment gets tons of light all day, which is one of the reasons we've loved living there. The apartment has a split bedroom configuration, giving privacy to each. The primary bedroom has an attached bath and two large closets. The second bedroom has a bathroom adjacent to it and a large closet. There is a 4th closet in the front entry hall.

Monthly rent is $5,780 - we will pay the first 2 months of rent, making the cost for 7 months $4,128.88 a month.

The building offers a newly renovated fitness center that includes 2 Peloton bikes, 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical machines, 2 regular bikes, free weights and various weight machines. There is a $25 monthly fee.
