Big, bright, sunny room in 3 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment seeks new tenant! This space was brand new when we moved in a year ago (we are its first tenants) with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tall ceilings, and ample natural light throughout the apartment.


The available room is the largest of the three (roughly 9.5x18, 170sqft), with three windows, hanging light fixure, and closet space. A brand new radiator was installed last winter and heats the room perfectly, and I am willing to leave my AC window unit which keeps the room cool and comfortable in the summer. Utilities and internet are split equally among tenants. The room is currently furnished with a dresser, a smaller standing dresser, bookshelf, two side tables, queen size bed, and a seven foot tall standing mirror. If you are interested in any or all of these pieces please let me know. 


Our apartment is located in the Greenwood/ Sunset Park area, a 10 minute walk from South Park Slope, and 25 minutes from Manhattan via the R train just two blocks away. Industry City is an easy 15 minute walk from the apartment, and there are ample bodegas, groceries, and laundromats in the area. 


You will be living with two (male and female) young (mid 20s), friendly, professionals. They are very easygoing, and tend to stay in their rooms while working from home, but it is not uncommon for us to hang out in the living room and share a meal or bottle of wine. We like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, dishes rarely left in the sink, and share responsibilities of taking out the trash/recycling, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down cabinets. It is a very relaxed and comfortable living environment with no drama or passive aggressive attitudes. 


Our very friendly landlord is almost always available downstairs and reachable by text. They have been very good to us, are quick go fix any issues that might come up, and always leave our mail and packages in the inside entryway. 


Overall, this has been a fantastic living experience for me, and I am sad I have to leave it. I want to make sure whoever comes in is a good match for my roommates, and will respect our very bright and lovely living space.
