Living room is equipped with a comfy sofa, 55” TV completed with FireStick, and high top table and chair. The building itself is a new building, the unit is really nice and clean :)
Location:
We are surrounded by plenty of restaurants and coffeeshops still offering delivery or takeout. There are also grocery stores, delis and pharmacies within walking distance. We are also near Prospect Park that is perfect for reading or taking a walk.
Our nearest train station is only 3-4 minutes walk (2 and 5) also few blocks away from B and Q.
Roommates:
She is a graduate student from NYU, enjoys walking to the parks, going out, and generally really quiet and very clean and likes to keep the apartment neat.
