Incentives

$200 cash incentive PER MONTH of rental term. The current rent is $2775, but I will give you a total sum ahead of time to make the effective rent $2575 (so for 8 months, I will give $200x8=$1600).

There is a $500 transfer fee to the landlord, as well as a $20 application fee.
I will pay for both of these.

The building has free WiFi included.

Furniture in the apartment can be purchased - we can discuss more upon viewing or if interested.

Additional fee

The landlord has a standard set of requirements to apply:

- Letter of employment on company letterhead stating: position, annual salary and a contact to verify said employment

- Two most recent pay stubs

- Most recent bank statement

- Copy of US government-Issued ID or passport

- If self-employed: Two most recent tax returns, letter from a CPA confirming filing of tax returns
