Wonderful, renovated 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of beautiful DUMBO, Brooklyn. High ceilings, large windows, exposed wooden beams, in unit washer-dryer, stainless steel appliances, plenty of space. The building has a shared gym, a locked package room, and a large roof deck space that they just renovated. Roof deck has amazing views of the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges, East River, and Manhattan Skyline.

DUMBO as a neighborhood is great. Quiet and safe at night. Very convenient to Manhattan and the rest of Brooklyn. Only a short walk from the F train, A-C trains, and a little bit more of a walk to the 2-3 trains. Very short walk to the recently expanded East River ferry system. It's close to great parks, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and the renowned Juliana's Pizza.

I've lived in this particular apartment for two years now, and have been renting from Two Trees for eight years now! They are a great and professional management company. Would love to find them a great tenant to take over the apartment!

Fun Fact: My sister tells me the building was used for exterior shots of "The Humphrey Loft" in the TV show Gossip Girl.

Pets require extra fees. You will need to apply and be approved through the landlord. They can provide more information on what is required. As far as I remember, proof of income/employment and a security deposit were necessary.
