Property Details

We're looking for someone to take over our lease at 365 Bond in Carroll Gardens/Gowanus. The unit is sparkling new and extremely quiet, on the 3rd floor and overlooks a lush courtyard:
- There's a stacked washer/dryer in unit that works well, a very efficient dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, and nicely sized kitchen.
- The bedroom is spacious and easily fits a queen size bed, desk, two nightstands, and a dresser (we have them all in there and can move around easily).
- There is a large walk-in closest in the bedroom and another large closest in the living area.
- The living area easily fits a large couch, kitchen table, TV setup, and bookshelves.
- The apartment is very bright, with floor to ceiling windows.

You'd be taking over our lease that is set to end on March 23rd, 2021 but can easily be renewed after that. We are flexible with the start date but ideally looking for someone to take it over sometime between July 15 and September 1. It's a great doorman building, on a quiet dead-end street:
- There is an Icon garage that's attached to the complex and can be accessed without having to go outside and monthly parking is available.
- There is a nicely equipped gym in the building (currently not open but they anticipate opening soon), a roof and courtyard (both currently open), and communal grills and work spaces (also set to open again soon).
- Great coffee shop/cafe connected to the building at the ground level and wine shop across the street (both open).
- Walking distance to Smith Street, Court Street, 5th Ave, and multiple subway lines.
