This building has been a wonderful home to me and my roommates for the past 5 years. It is just two short blocks from Central Park and the 110th St./Cathedral Parkway stop on the B/C subway lines (and two avenues from the same stop on the 2/3 lines). It is a 15-minute walk to Columbia University.

The neighborhood is filled with great grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant, and bar options. All kinds of cuisine, and a wonderful neighborhood atmosphere.

Washing machines and dryers are in the building, and there is shared roof access for tenants. The apartment itself has plenty of windows and natural light. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy living room.

Management of this building has been kind, considerate, and responsive to our needs.

Paperwork required by landlord include 1) letter of employment, 2) four current pay stubs, 3) copy of most recent bank statement, 4) copy of state-issued ID, 5) copy of last year's tax return, 6) if self-employed, a letter from a registered CPA, 7) a letter from current landlord

The options are 1) to sublet for 2 months 8/1/20 to 9/30/20, OR 2) to start a new lease on 8/1/20 for either 6 or 12 months.
