I'm honestly sad to be leaving this apartment behind, but need to be home with family. This apartment is brand new—I was the first tenant after the building was renovated, and spent less than 2 months in it. Building is super quiet and allows dogs (pending management approval). 10th floor so you get gorgeous views and a lot of light. Neighbors are great.

My lease ends Nov 15 and you can either take over my lease, or sign a new lease. If you sign a new lease with the building, management charges a $1500 administrative fee for the new lease. My preference is to have you sign a new lease, but I can be flexible. If signing a new lease, you must be able to pass leasing office’s screening and provide proof of annual income that is 40X the monthly rent.

Security deposit is 1 month’s rent, regardless of whether you sublet or sign a new lease.
