Very large studio apartment about a ten minute walk away from the Flushing-Main Street Station. Comes with washer/dryer combo in the unit itself, and there are also two laundry rooms in the building. Has a separate kitchen area, as well as three closets - one large enough to store a bike in. Lots of a natural light. Unit is in the top corner of the 7 floor building, and as such there is minimal noise from the street or other apartments. Building has two elevators and a mail room.

I am the current tenant, and the apartment has been great - I am only looking to leave because I need to relocate for work/ family reasons.
