Property Details

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the Denizen X building located at 123 Melrose Street. The apartment is brand new, it was just constructed when I originally moved in December (like I had to wait a couple days so they could finish it new).
It has all the amenities you can think of and more (it even has a boxing ring and bowling alley). It also has a 24/7 front desk and a package room.
The apartment itself has air conditioning, wood floors in the living room/bedroom, and tile in the bathroom.

I lived in the apartment for 3 months and then when Covid happened I started living with family. If you want this apartment you can either take over the rest of the lease until December or you can sign another full year.
I can also give you some of the furniture I have, specifically the couch, mattress, bed frame, TV stand, and two large rugs (around 10*11 each) for the living room and bedroom.
I asked building management and they are able to provide a free month of rent. Normally rent would be 3275 but with the free month, this means overall rent will be 2456 a month! (assuming lease ends in December)
