Hello everyone

The apartment has extremely high ceilings and HUGE south facing windows nearly spanning from floor to ceiling. It gets a crazy amount of light, it is really beautiful and spacious feeling which has been rare in our time in the city.

It has a nice kitchen, lots of cabinet space, and two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a fullsize tub and the upstairs is only a shower. There is no laundry in the building but there are several laundromats on the block and within a few minute walk, who also do pickup/dropoff.

There's central air and heat (with a Nest thermostat installed).

We are about a 10 minute walk to the L/G (Lorimer/Metropolitan stop), and the J/M. The Broadway G and Hewes J/M is also about as far. It's a great location.

The building is pet friendly and pretty quiet. It's a walk up with no elevator.

Working with the landlord and getting someone to take over our lease. We took over this lease from someone earlier last year. They were in the apartment for nearly five years and hadn't had rent raised in that period, and we inherited the same price, which is why it's relatively affordable considering the location and size/quality of the place.

Incentives

We have a lot of furniture, curtains, etc in the apartment that we are willing to sell (or more likely give away) to anyone willing to take over the lease.

Other info

We have a large couch from Room and Board that we can keep in the apartment if the tenant likes it.
We also have some freestanding and wall shelving units as well as a queen size bed (west elm frame) that we can part with.
