FURNISHED. Ft. Greene prime @Fulton and LaFayette. Entire studio apartment. Steps from Ft. Greene Park. 5min walk to Barclays, BAM, Target. 20min walk to Prospect Park. Subways: blue, red, yellow, green, light green, and orange. LIRR to/from JFK. You'll love my place because of the location, subway access, bars, restaurants, ambiance and people.

The space

The space is cute and cozy, with a playful mid-century feel. It should have the basics such as towels, dishes, and some cookware. There is a stovetop macchiato/espresso coffeemaker, which makes "real" Italian coffee. The bed is a queen, larger than it a appears in the photo. The comforter is awesome.

You will have the entire space to yourself.

The neighbourhood

Location, location, location. Ft. Greene is deemed one of the best neighborhoods in all of New York. Restaurants, bars, beer gardens, wine bars, groceries, etc. are all just steps out the door. Spike Lee's production house is a block away, and he is often seen shooting close by.

Getting around

The C and G trains are on the corner. The rest of the subway lines - every subway line to Manhattan - are a 5min walk (no exaggeration) to Barclays, which is the "Grand Central" of Brooklyn. Union Square is a 15min ride. The most convenient way to/from JFK airport is the LIRR commuter train. JFK is just three stops away. And just pop the G train to get to Williamsburg.
