Hello. I have one room for rent (Sublet) in Flatbush, Brooklyn (Church Ave) for the summer from June 1st to August 30th. It can be earlier in May. Perfect for summer internships or just moved to NY and would like to see options!

The unit is 2Bed/1Bath. You will be sharing the unit with a Graduate school student from NYU. She is really cool and clean.

The room rent per month is $1200 excluding electricity and wifi (approx. $60 per month). The room has a bed frame (with storage underneath) and memory foam mattress, and a storage cabinet, hangers with a beautiful french door, and a big window too. You will be welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, mixer) and also the living room has a sofa and tv (fire stick, netflix, hulu) for you to relax. Also a high top table and chair (to do work stuff or homework and all). It is a new building, so the unit is really nice and clean. You don't have to bring anything else besides your suitcase and personal items. it is fully furnished.

Train 2,5 less than 5 mins and B, Q is a few blocks away
