We are looking for folks to take over our lease starting June 1st (date negotiable). We have lived in this apartment for over a year already and love the neighborhood and its accessibility. Nearby many subway lines but on a very quiet, residential street.

This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with LOTS of natural lighting and hardwood floors. Large living room and very large separate kitchen with tons of counter and cabinet space. Bathroom includes a tub. 5th floor walk up. Heat and hot water included. Tenant is responsible for internet, cable, and electricity.

Family run laundromat on the block with wash/fold/delivery. Tons of great restaurants/juice bars/ coffee shops/ bars in the neighborhood. Also right next to Riverside Drive with gorgeous views of the park/river. It's a great place to relax, jog, walk, and have some space during all this craziness. Recreation facility and track by the water also nearby in Riverside State Park.

About the rooms:

There are 3 rooms that all have tons of natural lights. Two rooms fit queen sized beds, additional furniture, and still leave ample room, the 3rd room fits a Full Sized Bed with space for additional furniture.
