I'm looking to sublet my beautiful 1 bedroom apartment off of Union ave in Williamsburg. Ideal start date would be June 1, but later dates would be OK as well. The apartment is a very open format that walks out to its own sunny backyard/patio with a grill/outdoor furniture and a ton of space. The yard itself is technically open to the entire building (through the basement), but because it walks directly out from this apartment, is rarely used by anyone but myself. All utilities (electric, gas, wi-fi etc.) are included in the listed price.

The unit itself has a dishwasher and there's laundry immediately downstairs (as the apartment is on the ground floor/garden level). There are 2 built-in A/C units in the living room and bedroom that work great in the summer months. For entertainment, there is a huge projector in the living room with access to Roku and Apple TV. Currently the apartment is fully furnished (as seen in the photos), but I would be happy to discuss un-furnished as well if you are looking for a more long term situation.

I absolutely love the location of this apartment as its within convenient walking distance to prime Williamsburg, Bushwick and Greenpoint. There is a Walgreens and supermarket directly across the street and McCarren Park is about a 10 minute walk away.

I'm a guy in my mid-30s who has lived in NYC for over a decade. This apartment is BY FAR the nicest place I've ever lived in my time here. It’s a beautiful space and the backyard is ideal for summertime. I hope to leave the apartment in good hands while I’m away!

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Sublet can be any length of time from June 1 - December 1, and I would be happy to discuss longer-term options beyond that as well. As I'm currently not using the place at all, I'm happy to explore any and all scenarios.

The monthly rent itself is normally $2750, but I've decided to keep it at a clean $2700 including all utilities through the end of the term in December.
