Looking for someone to fill my bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bath on Roosevelt Island for the remaining 2 months of my lease (July/August) with an option to renew! It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the heart of Midtown Manhattan on the subway.

$1,200 (plus WiFi and electricity)
The full rent of the bedroom is $1800 and I will be covering $600 per month for the remainder of the lease.
Apartment can be available earlier than July 1st. Price is flexible.

The room is a king-size bedroom with floor to ceiling windows facing east and south. Bedroom is 14'x11' with a full closet and heating/AC unit.

The apartment is approximately 850 sqft. Everything but the bedroom is fully furnished with furniture approximately 1 year old. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances also a year old.

Laundry, gym, 24-hour concierge, furnished sundeck on the 18th floor with a grill and views of Manhattan, and private balcony in the apartment.

My roommate and I originally had a subletter, however their plans fell through. I had already agreed to move in with a few of my good friends. My roommate is a young professional in her early 20’s working at New York University. She hopes to find a new roommate, male or female, who is considerate and relatively clean.

Incentives

The full rent is the bedroom is $1800 and I will be covering $600 per month for the remainder of the lease.

Some of the furniture in the bedroom is free upon request.

Application requires letter employment, ID and 2 most recent paystubs (if available), and $25 for a credit check

Cats are allowed in the apartment. Dogs are permitted only if he/she is registered as a service animal.
