We have significantly reduced the rent of this unit to hopefully secure a subletter! Base rent is $3,750 and we are renting it semi-furnished for $3,000!

We have lived in The Williams since 2017 and have loved every minute of it. We are sad to be relocating to California for a new job.

This one bedroom apartment has been great for us. It has amazing natural light, a perfect layout, lots of storage space and a washer / dryer in unit. We will leave the bed and mattress for the new tenant (at no cost). We will also leave the bar stool at no cost.

We are very flexible on the terms here:

- We would be willing to rent the apartment semi-furnished or unfurnished
- We would also be open to selling other pieces existing furniture to the new tenant, if interested (bed and stool included at no cost)
- The tenant can sublet it for 6 months (mid-July 2020 - mid-January 2021) and then sign a new 12 or 24 month lease with the building
- Move-in date is flexible: anytime from mid-July to Sept 1

The building has the nicest doormen, a gym, an amazing rooftop with grills and the best views of Manhatthan, and a kids room.

Additional fee

I believe the building will require the new applicant to do an application for $95.
