Hi everyone - I'm moving out of this excellent and very well-priced apartment to move in with some friends, and so looking to fill my bedroom. The move-in date can be June 1, June 15 or July 1, though the sooner the better.

You'll sign onto the lease until the end of the current agreement, which you'll have the option to renew in September. The building is generally extremely easy to work with when it comes to swapping out names on the lease.

The other roommates are two chill guys in their late 20s who work regular 9-5 jobs.

The available room is a true bedroom, and shares the bathroom pictured with one roommate (the master bedroom has its own bath).
