Hi friends!
We have one bedroom available in Bed Stuy.

Nearby transportation:
We’re just a 3 minute walk from the Myrtle Willoughby G station, which is just a few stops away from Williamsburg and Downtown BK! We also have easy connections to the M,J, L, A, C, and E trains via the G train or by bus, which makes getting into Manhattan easy as it’s usually only 30 minutes to midtown. We are also just a 5 minute bus ride from the Nostrand Ave LIRR!

The apartment:
As seen in the images below, you will have one bedroom in a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a beautiful open kitchen that leads into a large living room equipped with a TV and a foosball table! We have a private backyard just for us where you can chill on beautiful days! We also have a foyer and a basement that can be used for extra storage so you won’t have to worry about having extra clutter in the apartment!

The roommates:
You'll be living with a wonderful female in her 20s and a fun couple in their 30s who are very clean and respectful. We all respect each other’s personal space, however we also love to sometimes have game nights and hang out together! We do have an adorable cat, who is very VERY friendly and all the food/litter box are kept in the owner’s bedroom so there is no mess in the common areas.

Rent/utilities:
Rent is $900 a month which includes all utilities (gas, electric,heat/AC, and hot water) except for wifi which we all split and comes down to $15 a month per person!

Our ideal roomate:
Ideally we would like someone who is clean, respectful, but also very friendly. We understand that sometimes things can get a little messy, but as long as it gets cleaned up within the day it’s all good :)
Small gatherings with friends are more than welcome but please don’t bring the party home.
Also since we have a cat, we do let him out and about but only in the common areas
