Looking to sublet my furnished Fort Greene apartment in a doorman building this summer for only 2k/mos (actual rent is $2,850 but willing to eat cost given present circumstances). Option to move-in in the fall as lease is up 9/1. I have been out of NYC since mid-March and even tested negative for COVID and anti-bodies (can actually show you results!) so virus is not an issue (any more than it is anywhere else :-/ ) Apartment is a lovely 516 sq. foot alcove studio on the 12th floor of 66 Rockwell Pl (https://66rockwell.com/). Apartment Highlights - Modern amenities (building less than 10 years old) - Floor-to-ceiling windows with lots of light - View of Fort Greene Park - Mid-century modern vibe/decor - Large and super nice kitchen (which I barely use) - I will store my clothes under the bed so you can have use of closets and dressers but can of course use towels, bedding, etc. Building highlights - Fitness center with cardio machines, free weights, weight machines, two pelotons in addition to two studio spaces plus yoga and HIIT classes (not currently open - see link to 66 Rockwell for more photos) - Killer rooftop views and several nice lounges - Grills and nice courtyard - Really lovely front desk staff Neighborhood highlights - 3 minute (literally) walk to N,Q,R,W and 2,3,4,5 and 5-7 minute walk to N, G, A, C - Two local coffee shops within half a block - Two blocks from BAM and Whole Foods - Four blocks to Fort Greene Park - Depending on which director you go limitless options for food and drink Pics are from Streeteasy.
