Looking to break our lease since we no longer need to be in NYC due to the pandemic. Thus, someone would need to sign a 12-month lease for the place. The apartment is truly wonderful in the amazing location of Park Slope, Brooklyn. There are no additional fees or anything, just the standard security deposit.

The apartment is in a beautiful location, only a couple blocks away from Prospect Park and conveniently located near the R/F/G trains. There's also plenty of street parking available. The building is located on a gorgeous tree-lined street in Park Slope!

-dishwasher included in apartment
-lots of street parking nearby
-no laundry unfortunately but there's a laundromat just around the block and they do wash and fold for less than a dollar a pound
-no elevator, it's a walk-up in a beautiful pre-war building
-area of bike storage near stairs when you enter
-pets are allowed (dogs and cats, no limitations and there is no additional pet fee)

Additional fee

No additional fees and there is an option to sign a full year lease with the landlord if interested instead of just the short sublease.
