Property Details

We are looking for someone to take over our lease (through 02/28/21) for a one bedroom duplex apartment. The apartment has a huge living room with connecting patio, full kitchen, office space, spacious bathroom with tub and laundry in-unit! Big bedroom that fits Queen sized bed, full dresser, double nightstands and a huge closet.

Additionally, this apartment has four sets of sliding doors which allows for amazing flow of air and light. The apartment building has a safe and clean lobby and gym for tenants to use. We also have a live-in super who helps with literally everything.

The building is pet and bike friendly. We’ve been happy to live here for 2.5 years but we’re relocating!


We are flexible on move-in date through July, and available to schedule a Facetime/zoom tour. No broker fee - application fee for building management if interested.
