Great location. Close to mass transit 2/3/5/A/C/E trains. Lots of food and bars all walking distance. Great place for a good price, a commuters dream. Close to Prospect Park.
This is a 5 bedroom apartment and this is for one of the biggest room in the apartment. You are only responsible for your portion of the lease which is $950, all utilities are split evenly between the roomates.
Roomates are 3 guys and one girl, all working professionals and are all around cool people. Everyone does their own thing and are respectful. Everyone is on their own busy schedule and is barely around the apartment.
