2Bedroom Apartment in Bushwick. 788 Hart Street. Between the L (Jefferson or Dekalb) stop and the M Central Ave stop.

The Apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. The kitchen is two years old with plenty of cabinet space. The living room is a decent size. There is one bathroom that is shared. Also, there is roof access.

The bedroom you would be renting is on the street side (Hart street). It has two windows that receive a nice amount of light. The bedroom has its own private entrance you can use to enter and exit the apartment. (The other entrance is located in the living room). There is a large closet with extra storage above. The room can easily fit a king-size bed with plenty of extra space. (My photos have a queen-size bed, an L shaped desk, a large upholstered armchair, an ottoman bench, and plenty of plant stands. This still gave me space for yoga.)

You would be sharing the space with a 31-year-old male. I will be happy to introduce you if necessary or provide details about him.

Utilities. (With Verizon, National Grid, Con Ed…they usually run around $60 a month per roommate)

I am not currently at the location but would be moving my items out and cleaning as soon as it is taken. I can schedule FaceTime tours or ask my roommate to take videos. The empty photos are from the advertisement when we originally rented the space last year. Sorry, the other photos are not great, they were taken before this move was planned.
