Clinton Hill has been called “the perfect Brooklyn neighborhood,” and we have to agree. Small in size, this little locale is lined with classic, leafy streets, beautiful brownstones, and that ever-elusive “under the radar” feel. The relaxed residential vibes lend themselves to living over partying. Our property is located conveniently between the center of Clinton Hill and West Bed Stuy, meaning commuting to Manhattan takes less than 35 minutes, and subway stops are just a 10 minute walk away.

UNIT:
Our Walworth property is the perfect spot to post up in Clinton Hill. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, beautiful hardwood floors, plenty of natural light, air conditioning, dishwasher, and all the other perks you think you’ll have to give up when you move to NYC. Plus, it’s all included in one flat fee— rent, utilities, weekly cleaning service, and high-speed wifi. We did our best to make everything safe & convenient (case and point: keyless entry and pre-screened housemates).

GETTING AROUND:
• Get to downtown Manhattan in less than 35 minutes by taking the G line from Dekalb/Nostrand Ave to the L line at Lorimer St.
• The rest of Brooklyn is easily accessible via bus routes.
