There is a possibility to renew the lease after this date if desired and we can be flexible with our move-out date as well. Everything is handled by building management, with a convenient online application to process your information. The building is rent-stabilized so you are getting an incredible deal. We are offering a lower net rent of $4,900.00 for the remainder of the lease term (Oct. 31, 2020). If you're interested in renewing the lease after that point, the renewal rate will be set by management based on the current rate of $5,125.

We are happy to also look at selling some of our furniture.
