One bedroom apartment in a brand new building (from 2018) in Bushwick next to East Williamsburg. The apartment features massive windows and tons of natural light, fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge and a dishwasher a lot of storage space. From the living room you can exit to the private balcony that can easily fit a dining table and four chairs.
The building has great amenities: 24/7 doorman, package room, fully equipped gym (including a bouldering wall and squash court) yoga room, movie room, coworking space, game room, massive furnished rooftop with grills, hammocks and even a fire pit.
Location is also nice, close to lot of bars and restaurantes (Roberta's, Forrest Point, Syndicated... are just minutes away).
Five minutes walk to the J/M/Z Flushing Av and Myrtle Av (both stops are same distance) and less than 10min to the L Morgan Av.
My partner and I moved here last December and we love the apartment and the building but our employer is transferring us back to Europe.

Incentives

We are offering 1.5 months free rent in a 5 month lease takeover. Gross rent is $2900 but with the concession it comes down to $2030.
We can leave the apartment either empty or furnished (no additional cost for the furniture).
