I'm leaving my apartment in Crown Heights, on Dean street between Bedford and Nostrand avenue, because I'm moving in with my fiance and am looking for someone to take over my lease until August 31. $800 per month. April is paid for, so you would only need to pay for a deposit of $800. You can move in as soon as the application is approved! 1 full size room. Shared bathroom with 2 roommates. The roommates, Hannah and Lilly, are very quiet and clean, am looking for someone who is considerate and cleans up after herself. They are young professionals. Hannah has a small dog. The brown shelving unit comes with the room, but the bed does not.

Beautiful apartment, renovated over the summer, washer and dryer in unit. Big kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, spacious open living room. Light throughout the apartment. Hardwood floors throughout. Close to A/C trains. 7 minute walk to Nostrand Ave (A/C). 12 minute walk to Nostrand Ave (2/3/4).

Incentives

April is paid for, you can move in immediately after being approved. I will also pay for the application fee if you apply by April 15th.

Additional fee

There is a credit check and an application fee of $200 because it comes with the services of Roomeze which will help you resolve any problems within the apartment and allow you to switch apartments if this apartment does not suit you.
