I have a quaint, sunlit apartment available for sublet! (Now to August 31) You will be taking over my part of the lease - I am looking to be with our families during these crazy times! I will be taking the furniture, so it will come unfurnished.

You would be living with my roommate, a man in his early 30s, quiet, respectful, clean, and chill. He likes to surf and is very artistic/creative.

I am looking for someone who is:
- Respectful
- Clean
- Pay rent on time

You would be signing a sublet agreement with me.

If approved, you would need to provide:
- 1 Month's Rent + Security

Rent is $1250 + utilities
