We love the apartment and location but adding another baby to our growing family. We use the second bedroom as the baby's room and the 3rd room as an office where we added sliding doors. The building and staff are fantastic. The building has access to private pool and lounge at no extra cost. NYKids club is conveniently right next door as is Crunch Gym which you get at a discounted rate. Conveniently located near all major train lines (1,2,3,4,5,6,N,Q,R,W,A,C,E) to get anywhere in the city quickly. Gourmet Garage and Prime Essentials right next door and Whole Foods is ~10min walk.
The current lease expires 5/31/21 and we are looking to assign the rest of the lease with an option to renew with the landlord. Great opportunity to get a discounted rental rate!
