Hi!

I am looking for someone (single or couple) to take over my lease for my 1br apartment in Park Slope starting April 1st. My partner and I have lived in this apartment for two years. We loved our stay here but need to move for work.

The lease take over has been officially approved by management, which means:
- My current lease runs out by May 31 so there are 2 months left to take over
- From June 1st onwards, you would be approved to sign a new 12-month lease with management
- There will potentially be a small increase in rent (my previous increase was $50 in 12 months)

The apartment is gorgeous:
- Great layout with equally sized living room and bedroom
- Lots of natural light
- Beautiful fixtures
- Laundry in the basement
- Shared terrace on the ground floor
- Responsive management company
- Cats allowed!
- Quiet and friendly neighbors

The area:
- 5 min walk to Prospect Park
- 7 min walk to subway station (F/G)
- 10 min walk to subway station (Q/R)
- Lots of cafes, restaurants, small shops, delis, etc.
- Safe and quiet
- City bike stations all around

Additional fee

In order to qualify for the apartment, you will need to:
- Be able to move in April 1st
- Have $2,300 first month's rent + $2,300 security deposit
- Have good to excellent credit
- Have a combined income of ca. 40x the annual rent

In order to apply, you will need to:
- Provide proof of income (latest four pay stubs or latest tax return)
- Provide latest two bank statements (summary page is enough)
- Provide landlord reference (contact info or reference letter or 6 months of rent payment history)
