Due to the actual circumstances in the world, I won’t be able to go back to NYC anytime soon, so I need to sublet my fully furnished apartment ideally for 2 months from march 20th to May 15th, might be longer too. Short-term rental it’s possible too.
Normally the price monthly is $8.500 but I reduced to $6.000.

A beautiful luxury Penthouse of 1200 square feet /100 square meters, located in Hell’s Kitchen (Midtown Manhattan) a beautiful Building with 24/7 doorman! The apartment has a full city view and plenty of direct sunlight. It consist of one large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Only 8 minutes walking from Time square, from Central Park and Hudson river!
It’s near all the major Midtown tourist destinations

There is a supermarket in the building and convenient to most of Manhattan's best restaurants and nightlife.

Living room: A beautiful sectional sofa very comfortable with a brand new coffee table. There is a flat and curve TV with Netflix, wifi.

Bedroom 1 : Very modern with a queen size bed with a new mattress. I will always include perfectly clean linens for all guests. There is a brand new closet with hangers for your clothing. In the closet you will also find an iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 2: Has also a queen size bed with perfectly clean linens for all guests, accompanied with stylish furniture.

Each bedrooms has a beautiful bathroom

Open Kitchen: I have most of the basic necessities for cooking a meal including a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, gas range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen has pots & pans, water/wine/coffee glasses, plates & bowls, silverware, and knives. 6 stools

Someone will be available 24/7 during your stay if you have any issues. While I'm away, I will schedule someone to meet you at the apartment for check-in. That person will show you around the apartment, answer any questions you may have, and provide local recommendations.

I speak English, French, Serbian and Spanish.
