We are a professional couple and we have an extra apartment in our family owned brownstone building that we would love to sublet on a monthly basis. Building is on 121st between Adam Clayton Powell and St. Nicholas. Close to many subway lines and Whole Foods. Available immediately. Prices vary depending on length of stay but generally $3600 per month. The fully furnished and newly renovated apartment is located on the fourth floor, with gorgeous floors, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher!), and all the amenities you could hope for. It is a completely private apartment. The living room windows have southern exposure, looking onto the street, while the bedroom windows look onto the very quiet and peaceful backyard. There is a shared luxury washer/dryer in the basement, and the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking. The bedroom has one queen-sized bed. The living room has a couch but there are two comfortable cots with proper mattresses for extra people and a fold out mattress. Hair dryer, curling iron, iron/ironing board, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, linens, and towels all included.
