It is on the ground floor (just few stairs from the street!). 5 min. walking distance to the Columbia Morningside Campus. 1 min to the 1 subway line. In the area there are many good restaurants, grocery stores (such as Fairway and C-Town) and parks. Nice and quiet neighbors. There is an small washing machine in the apartment, several laundry services in the area
