When: March 1, 2020 - July 31, 2020

Cost: $1,150 per month + ~$60-80ish in utilities (electricity, gas, wifi)
+ one-month security deposit

What: The apartment is modern with 1 full bathroom, a large kitchen (including a dishwasher!) and a spacious living room area. The bedroom has 2 large windows and closet. In terms of size, it currently fits a full bed, a dresser, nightstand and storage bench. The room will come unfurnished.

Where: The apartment is right at the edge of McCarren Park on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint. So many wonderful restaurants and bars, as well as quick access to the L or G subway lines. Amazing neighborhood for music fans - there's Brooklyn Steel, Baby's All Right, Music Hall of Williamsburg, Rough Trade, and Brooklyn Bowl all in one area.

Who: Your roommates are two ladies in their mid to late twenties who are quiet and usually out and about--one working full-time, the other going to grad school full-time. No couples, no pets.
