Looking for an individual who is searching for a short term summer lease takeover! The apartment currently has one master bedroom (11x16ft) and one flex bedroom. I will be leaving the master bedroom, while my roommate will be staying in the flex bedroom. There is a shared bathroom, living, dining, and kitchen space for both parties!

Location: Battery Park/Gateway Plaza- a 2 min walk away from Brookfield Place and the Oculus, which has access to all major subway lines (R/W, A/C/E, 1/ 2/3, 4/5, J/Z) and PATH trains to NJ all indoors! We are also a 7 min outdoor walk from Rector Street and Wall street stations, which have access to the 1, R/W, and 4/5 stations.

The bedroom has the option of coming fully furnished with a full size bed, but can fit a queen bed with plenty of space to spare. A/C is included in electrical utilities and is already built into the bedroom!

The apartment is newly renovated with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space. Laundry is inside the building on the second floor. We are currently on the 7th floor.

Wifi is shared monthly at a rate of $22.50 per month. Utilities include electric ~ typically anywhere between $40-$50 for the entire apartment, which is then split evenly between roommates.

Incentives

Select furniture can be purchased at the end of the lease if desired! Move in date is flexible- so please let me know if you need specific accommodations!

Additional fee

As per the landlord, the incoming tenant must complete an application fee that includes a credit check of $17. Additionally, the applicant must show most recent W2 form, drivers license or ID, and proof of income (I.e two most recent pay stubs, or if starting a new full time job, applicant must show offer letter. Summer internship renters are currently NOT accepted by the landlord. All applicants must have full time employment!)

Security deposit of one month's rent must be paid to vacating tenant prior to move in date. New tenant will then receive security deposit back at the end of the lease from the landlord.

Other info

Gym is included in the building at a rate of $50 per month! During the summer months, residents are able to have access to the outdoor pool as well as bring guests if they desire!
