I've been so completely comfortable in this apartment. The space is gorgeous, gets sun all day (floor to ceiling windows), the layout feels right, it's insanely spacious, quiet, and 46 stories up with a direct view of midtown Manhattan. Staff downstairs are incredibly helpful, you can join the on-site gym for a reasonable fee, and on-site laundry is clean. I will miss this place and The Ashland in general!
