Comfy, cozy, colorful and conveniently located 4 min walk from the Jefferson L with loads of great restaurants and bars in the vicinity. It's 3 mins walk from House of Yes, 6 mins from Mission Chinese, 2 mins from Maria Hernandez Park. Daya Yoga Studio is 30 seconds walk and they are opening a cafe on the corner of the block in a few weeks!! There are 6 apartments in the building. My neighbors are all lovely and it's a quiet and peaceful place to live. It's a first-floor walk-up. 1 bed - fully furnished, with furniture and 3 cats - Teddy, Toby and George (who are indoor/outdoor - so no litter trays as they do their business outside - and like to chill on the couch). The cats are so sweet and just want to relax when they're inside. There's a catflap in the bathroom window and they let themselves in and out. Suitable for a cat-loving couple or one person by themselves. Utilities - internet / gas / electricity - wlll be additional and paid monthly (usually $150 or less depending on AC usage).
