My roommate and I have lived in this lovely apartment for 1.5 years, but are both leaving the city and are looking for a lease takeover. The apartment is 2 bedrooms and available for Feb. 1st or March 1st move in, or anywhere in between. Lease ends May 31st and must submit paperwork through landlord! The apartment is quiet, and we've enjoyed the private outdoor space immensely for BBQs! Tons of counter space, exposed brick, and in unit washer/dryer are some of my favorite features of the place, as well as a massive storage closet! It's large enough for 2 bikes, a shelving unit, and all of our camping supplies. Utilities are not included in the rent. 4 minutes to 1 train and 7 minutes to ABCD trains at 145th.
