Property Details
Furnished Apartment in Fort Greene/Clinton Hill This is a FURNISHED apartment in a brand new amenities building and the apartment has been great to live in so far. It has heat, a/c, washer dryer, (very nice) doormen, gym, lots of share space, a big private deck on the apartment, a bigger shared rooftop overlooking Manhattan with grills and lounge chairs, FIOS, parking, yoga studio, bicycle room, tenant storage, business center, pet wash room, etc. The light in this apartment is amazing and the view from all the windows is east facing and unobstructed by buildings. You can check out the building website if you google "475 Clermont" The listed price would include the amenities fee, gas/electric (a/c and heat), and WiFi. I dont have cable but I have an apple TV and a smart tv logged into most of the channels (hbogo, showtime, netflix, hulu, prime video, sunday ticket, cnn, etc.) We could add cable if you'd like. The apartment is fully furnished with all the odds and ends. The only things really missing are: 1. Wall art—I have a big 60 inch mounted TV and a mirror but not much else, I have stuff that I have been meaning to hang, so if that is important to you lets discuss 2. Deck furniture, same as above, I moved in when it was already cold out and never got around to buying it but happy to find a solution here Pets allowed! (I have a dog) I am sure I forgot something so please reach out with questions. There was a picture limit and the ones I added formatted badly so I have more.
Additional fee
The apartment does a credit check on subletters but I passed right out of law school so i don't think its a high bar
Other info
I just moved in here in October and then got a 12 month clerkship on the 10th Circuit, but I have a 2 year lease and want to come back to NYC after clerking (and don't want to move my stuff out to Denver for 12 months.) I am just trying to avoid/minimize paying two rents while on a government salary, so I am flexible on price and dates. I would love to find someone to take it for the full 12 months, but also please reach out if you only need it for a few months and we can try to work something out.
