Incentives

I can leave most of the furniture if needed. If I do I will need to end the lease on July 23 so I can move it all out. If you extend the lease with the sponsor we will figure something out. All furniture and electronics are available for purchase.

Other info

The renewal will have a price bump. It is currently at $2880.00. Expect a raise of around $100. I can maybe get a better idea for the subletter if there is interest in renewing the lease.
